**NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION**

When ordering a CE course please let us know who will be taking the course and their Insurance License number. You can type this information in the “Order Notes” box during the checkout process.

All classes and webinars are credited for the listed continuing education hours; cost is determined by the number of CE hours.  You are responsible for knowing when the course begins. If you are a webinar student you MUST stay active throughout the entire webinar to receive credit and you must have a reliable internet connection for the duration of the course.

If you would like to participate in a webinar you need to have internet access. You can view the webinar on your computer, laptop, macbook, or mobile device. Please plan on testing these items at least 15 minutes prior to class beginning. Since this is a live class there are no tests required for certification. We do ask that you allow 3 business days after the class is finished to receive your certificate. Also for webinar students, you need to be marked as attentive on the Zoom program for certification. To be marked as attentive the Zoom application needs to be the main task running on your computer. If you click off of the program it will mark you as “Not Attentive”. If something comes up and you have to click off onto another program just simply click back on the Zoom icon at the bottom of your screen or click onto the slideshow and this will bring you back to “Attentive”.
